BOOKING TERMS

• Please note, all stays are subject to availability. Please book at least two weeks ahead of the intended travel dates. Do not book and pay for flights until you have a final confirmation from the resort for your selected dates. Please ensure all members of your travel party have adequate travel insurance.
• Extra charges (guests, additional nights) are payable to the resort directly
• You must be a married or cohabiting couple traveling together- cohabitation proof must be presented & for a minimum period of 2 years
• Single women can travel on this program and special rate.
• Must be proven citizens or permanent residents in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR CANADA*.
• Both spouses must attend and complete a sales presentation lasting 120 minutes as arranged by their personal concierge.
• Both spouses must be between 35 and 65 years old at the time of travel.
• Have a combined annual income of US$50,000 or above.
• (Both participants must have the ability to make financial decisions without relying on third parties. At least one of the qualified prospects must be working or have their own business during the travel dates).
• Must be able to read and understand fluent English or Spanish language
• Must not have attended any sales presentation at any Solaris resort ever, nor have attended any other sales presentation at a different resort in the last 3 years nor attend any other sales presentation at any resort in any of the adjacent traveling dates (before, during and after their stay at CLUB SOLARIS)
• Upon attending the presentation, qualified prospects must present an official photo identification document (e.g. passport or driver license) and at least 2 major credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AND/OR AMERICAN EXPRESS)
  
  
• This promotion must not be used in conjunction with any other promotion and / or similar offer that may promote another resort, either a promotion/offer acquired with the agency or with some other company (before, during and after the prospect's stay at CLUB SOLARIS). This clause applies to the qualified prospect as well as to its spouse and all family members/companions on this holiday.
  
  
• Tourism industry employees (airlines, travel agencies, hotels, timeshares or any other tourism-related occupation), single men, ministers, residents of Quebec or Montreal, Middle East clients living in the United States of America or in Canada (Indian, Iraqis, etc.) do not qualify for this promotional offer.
  
  
• Only one room per qualified prospect will be granted for guests traveling under this promotional package, as long as they meet all the requirements mentioned in this document. Additional passengers will be accommodated directly at the hotel paying the corresponding rates for these cases.
• All Taxes and Gratuities are included in this package(s). except for the local Environmental Sanitation Tax which is $36.31 Mexican pesos ($2 USD), per room per night and must be paid upon check-in in cash and local currency.
